Casa Teresa in La Punta

La La Punta is located in the sunny north-western part of La Palma. In this area, famous for its almond trees, the Palmeros people live their lives as they have done for hundreds of years: with some livestock and a little patch of land. The beach of Tazacorte is a 15 minutes drive away, using you own car.

Casa Teresa is a Spanish-style family home consisting of two apartments sharing a deep-blue pool (6 x 7 metres).

The view across the ocean and the mountains is awe-inspiring!

The house enjoys a quiet location at an altitude of 400 metres.

Casa Teresa consists of two apartments that can be booked either separately or together.

Both apartments include a cosy bedroom, living room with kitchen area and a patio/balcony with ocean view.

The freshwater pool is located on the upper floor.

Both apartments have their own parking space as well as their own separate access to the apartment and the pool

In the nearby village of La Punta, you will find a small supermarket with a bakery service.

From the Casa Teresa a footpath leads to Mirador El Timo. From here, you will have a good view of the vulcanoes and across the Aridane Valley.

Palm trees and a kitchen garden are to be found at the front of the house.

The palmerian owners also live on the property, drawn back, but always willing to help in case of problems.

The top apartment consists of:
— bathroom with shower and water closet
— cosy living room with kitchen area    
(with sofa bed)
— balcony with ocean view
— bedroom.

The ground floor apartment consists of:
— bathroom with shower and water closet
— cosy living room with kitchen area    
(with sofa bed)
— patio with ocean view
— bedroom.

Casa Teresa consists of:
— an upper and a lower storey
— a well-sized deep-blue pool (6 x 7 metres).

Maximum number of occupants:
Two adults and one child.

Rate per day for two persons: Euro 36,--.

A discount applies when both apartments are booked together!
